Please read these terms carefully before using the BestQuan platform.

User Rights and Responsibilities

Users joining the BestQuan ecosystem may access, search and use the food information provided on the platform, and are responsible for:

Keeping their account information secure and being responsible for all activity under their login.
Providing accurate, transparent information when posting reviews or contributing data.
Not using automated tools (bots, crawlers) to scrape data from BestQuan without authorisation.

We reserve the right to edit, change or remove any content that violates community standards without prior notice.

BestQuan may suspend or permanently delete accounts that seriously violate these terms.

BestQuan's gold standard

Authenticity

Every review must be based on a genuine experience at the restaurant. Fake reviews or unfair competition of any kind are strictly forbidden.

Respectful language

No profanity, hostility, discrimination, or content that defames an individual or organisation.

Photos

Attached photos must belong to the poster and accurately reflect the actual space and food.

Should a dispute arise between a user and a restaurant, or between a user and BestQuan, we prioritise negotiation and mediation.

If no agreement is reached, the dispute will be resolved by the competent authorities in Vietnam under current law.
